History

After receiving a degree in Specific Learning Disabilities from the University of South Florida, Molly Arthur worked in various areas of special and mainstream education in both public and private schools. During her vast teaching experience, Mrs. Arthur encountered students who were significantly challenged by reading, writing, and spelling. These students struggled academically despite having high intelligence and motivation. Mrs. Arthur consistently saw these amazing students underserved and misunderstood. This ignited a passion in her to seek additional knowledge and training in learning disabilities and in the field of Dyslexia. In order to serve the needs of these students, Mrs. Arthur started a private tutoring company in 2015 called Educational Pathways, Inc.

A year later, God placed a desire on Mrs. Arthur's heart to lead a team to develop a school that provided a comprehensive program with proven methods for students with language-based learning differences. A school that provided an environment that instilled a love of learning and that showed students that they were loved, understood and masterpieces of God. On August 16, 2017, Molly Arthur founded that school in Naples, Florida called Educational Pathways Academy (EPA).

From 2017, Educational Pathways Academy has grown from 4 classrooms, 5 staff, and 26 students to having two campuses in Southwest Florida (Naples & Estero) with over 100 brilliant students. EPA started with grades 3-8th and now serves grades 1-11th with the addition of 12th grade in the 2023-2024 school year.
